As a service technician at MADER, you are the face of our company to the customer –with technical expertise, initiative, and a true spirit of service. You work in a family-owned company with over 35 years of experience in demanding compressed air technology, offering you real development opportunities and varied tasks.
This position istechnically challenging and customer-oriented at the same time. We are looking for someone who not only understands complex machines but loves them – and who presents themselves confidently on-site with the customer. Responsibilities
- Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of compressed air compressors at the customer’s site
- Fault diagnosis of mechanical and electrical components
- Documentation of service work and creation of service reports
- Close communication with internal service and sales
Must-have
- Completed technical training (HWK / IHK), e.g., agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or comparable
- Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured working style
- Driver's license class B and willingness to travel for field service
- Good German language skills and confident appearance with customers
Desirable
- Experience with compressors, pneumatics, or similar equipment
- Knowledge in hydraulics or electrical engineering
- Experience with digital service tools / tablet-based documentation
- Basic English skills
